What data do we collect? We collect personal data in two ways: - Information that you freely decide to provide us with: in order to access our services, in particular to place an order via our Site, you must provide us with a certain amount of personal information, such as your first name, surname, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, etc. We do not collect any such information from you. For your information, the payment details you provide are processed directly by our partner SumUp and are never stored on our servers. - Information that we collect automatically when you use our Site: in addition to the data that you freely decide to provide us with to access our services, we collect and use various information concerning your behaviour on our Site (your browsing preferences, the pages of our Site that you have consulted, your order history, etc.). 2. How do we use the data collected? To whom is the data communicated? Our use of local storage For our Site to function properly, we use your browser's local storage (localStorage). This is a storage space which enables us to memorise certain information necessary for the operation of the Site: - Your shopping basket - Your connection session (authentication token) - Your language preferences - Restoring your browsing position This data is only stored on your device and is strictly necessary for the technical operation of the Site. It is not used for advertising or tracking purposes. You can delete this data at any time by deleting the browsing data from your browser. 5. Our use of IP addresses Any computer or device connected to the Internet is assigned an IP (Internet Protocol) address. As websites must use IP addresses in order for the Internet to function, Nausikraft SA may have access to - and keep a history of - your IP address(es) for security and technical diagnostic purposes. 6. Right of access, rectification and deletion In accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act (DPA), you have the right : - obtain information free of charge about the data stored about you - Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data - Request the deletion of your personal data - Request the portability of your data To rectify your data, simply log in to your account, go to your profile and make the necessary changes. Data retention period We retain your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes described in this policy: - Account data: for as long as your account is active - Order data: 10 years (legal accounting obligations) - Connection data: 12 months 8. Security of personal data Your personal data is protected from unauthorised processing by appropriate technical and organisational measures: - Secure connection (HTTPS) - Encryption of passwords - Restricted access to personal data 9. Misuse of services In the event of misuse of our Site, in particular in the event of fear of punishable acts, personal data may be analysed with a view to clarifying the situation and, upon duly justified request, may be forwarded to the competent official authorities. 10.
